Step 1 - Wash your hair in shower to, rinse out all the shampoo

Step 2 - Use the recommended amount of conditioner

Step 3 - Spread it evenly on the end of your hair. For long hair spread it from chin level and down till the hair tip

Step 4 - Let it stay for a couple of minutes

Step 5 - Throughly Rinse off the conditioner
